Rebrand and Photography Project
Re-branding a sports apparel juggernaut.
S-Trend makes some of the highest quality sports kit and uniforms for everyone from the AFL down to local sporting clubs and junior sports. The elite performance of STR’s apparel is due to their ability to build leading technology into every garment they make. This gives grass-roots teams access to the same high-performance technology as the elite teams.
S-Trend needed a new brand, website, photography, video and creative that would replace their outdated branding. It needed bring them up to date with their contemporary place as the dynamic leading creator of high performance teamwear for Australian sport, from elite professional teams to grass-roots sporting teams.
Creating a distinctive brand
The new brandmark consists of a stylised STR, imbued with all the speed, energy and movement of a sports brand that combines the latest fabric technology with the highest quality apparel to help our rising stars achieve their sporting dreams in fields and stadiums around the nation.
A modern colour palette led by an electric green is combined into an energetic blue and green brand gradient, giving a nod to the green fields and blue skies our rising sports stars call home. A dark charcoal adds pop to the brighter palette and provides cues to quality, fashion and the drama of sport.
