H&F Property are elevating the apartment offering in Box Hill beyond other projects in the areas. Box Hill is a complex property market with a strong ethnic influence. The development address is immediately adjacent the Box Hill RSL and the huge employment hubs of Epworth Eastern and Box Hill Hospital.


The Central Park brand is designed to have broad appeal for the local Chinese community, health care professionals and downsizing retirees. The brand concept is best described as bringing South Yarra luxury to Box Hill. Beautiful original photography in Box Hill has been mixed with carefully curated local content. The content describes an address surrounded by the best of what the eastern suburbs of Melbourne has to offer.


Development launched in January 2017 with extremely healthy demand. Central Park only has a handful of residences left less than 6 months after launch. This result is extraordinary due to the well documented Melbourne new apartment market that’s under extreme pressure. Many development projects are struggling to sell with the same momentum of 2014-15.
