Market a new university offer with a relatively small budget to literally millions of people across many countries.
Problem
Federation University opened a brand new campus in Brisbane in 2018, primarily focussed on international students travelling to Australia for their studies. OMG was briefed to build a lead generation campaign for this new university offer with a relatively small budget. The target audience is literally millions of people across many countries.
Solution
OMG worked closely with Federation University in Ballarat to gain a better insight into the new offering and build up an inbound marketing map for each course. Through this process an awareness model was established to capture leads through social and digital media, which in turn created a nurturing process through which leads could be better informed about all aspects of the university and their desired course.
Outcome
Federation University was able to establish a new database of prospective students and increase overall visibility of the new campus and course offering. This campaign is still live and being optimised. More specific details are detailed below.
